Currently partnered with 12 Subaru Retailers in the Dallas Zone's District 1. Area of operations consists of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metro, Tyler, Waco, Killeen, Georgetown and Austin. In this position, I work in partnership with individual Retailers to increase and maximize all key sales-related activities. Responsibilities included achieving retail and wholesale objectives, Subaru Added Security penetration, Certified Pre-Owned Sales growth, continued improvement in Owner Loyalty (OLP) results, increased market penetration and other management goals. Developed and assisted Retailers with sales promotions, internet lead handling process improvement, internet lead generation, and in-dealership product training.

Responsible for the direct implementation of all initiatives regarding Vehicle Product Training, Sales Process Training including Foundations Certification, ASCENT, OLP (Owner Loyalty Program) and Stellar CARE.Provided direct interface to Retailers for new model introduction; competitive selling venues, sales process initiatives and all OLP/customer skills based programs.Acted as subject matter expert for ASCENT, Foundations, OLP and Stellar Care and general product knowledge for the Zone colleagues and Retailer body.Assisted with development of improvement strategies and programs to improve sales process and the overall customer experience. Played a key role in execution of developed plans and strategies. Prioritized District/Retailer needs for most effective execution of product training, sales process training and customer experience improvement.

Built, led, and grew the Gulf States Marketing Website platform from inception to three support employees and 300 Toyota and Scion Websites. Migrated Websites from Reynolds Web Solutions to the ClickMotive/Gulf States Marketing branded platform.

Developed and supported Chiropractic Websites.

Responsible for the daily operations of the Plano, Texas, Production Team and managed a team of five. Oversaw the delivery of approximately $100,000 of monthly revenue with new Website launches.

Maintained a customer base of 150 customers by building, training and supporting core products: CarClient (CRM), WebmakxerX (Websites) and StoremakerX (Parts Websites). Developed knowledge in technical aspects of support: HTML, Photoshop, XML, Domain Name Servers (DNS) and email setup.
