Billy is the founder of DiversityEqualityInclusion Global, LLC (DEI), a company whose vision is to unify our common threads globally and to connect, respect and celebrate our similarities. He is also the chair of the Hampton Roads Diversity and Inclusion Consortium, based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, whose vision is to be agents of change that assist organizations in embedding diversity and inclusion within their culture.He was the first Director of the Diversity and Inclusion for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, the oldest and largest industrial facility that belongs to the U.S. Navy as well as the most multifaceted, located in Portsmouth, Virginia. He traveled the country representing the Norfolk Naval Shipyard as well as the Department of the Navy, promoting the Naval Sea Systems Command’s (NAVSEA) Diversity Program. He also served as the Deputy Executive Director and Very Important People (VIP) Coordinator. Billy brings a wealth of knowledge in government experience and specializes in contracting with government organizations and activities.Furthermore he is the CEO and founder of BM Designs Graphics and Printing, LLC.
