- Joined newly formed Music Services department in March 2022 to lead label relations team following Beatport acquisition of ampsuite.- Heading up label relations for 300 + clients across ampsuite distribution, label management and royalty accounting platform.- Providing expertise and strategic advice for clients on distribution and marketing best practices to maximise their music across digital stores and platforms. - Focusing on client retention and serving as a bridge of information across various departments, both internally and externally, including commercial strategy, product development, content operations, marketing, digital platform operations, insights & analytics, finance and legal to ensure all partners' business needs are met.- Negotiating new deals encompassing distribution and/or software leasing, depending on client needs. - Point of contact for external DSPs and platforms across the digital sphere. Requiring knowledge of differing practices and CMS systems to troubleshoot and streamline deliveries for our clients.

- Daily point of contact for 50+ partners including high revenue/priority accounts, covering over 16,000 labels and 6 million USD in annual revenue.- Liaise regularly with partners to discuss high level marketing initiatives and release schedules. Offer advice on maximising promotion on Beatport, how to execute strategies effectively, and develop opportunities that are mutually beneficial and aligned with our marketing and merchandising objectives across all of Beatport’s properties (e.g. store, LINK, DJ, Hype, Beatportal, and live streaming).- Maximise both Beatport’s and supplier’s businesses by negotiating and securing exclusive content.Assist partners with content deliveries, meta-data updates and various creative changes.- Negotiate and execute various digital music licensing terms sheets.- Manage internal projects in conjunction with product and marketing teams to build/maximise Beatport products, such as Beatport Hype and Beatport LINK.- Work with engineering and technology teams to improve tools and processes for internal and external purposes.- Main point of contact internally for label focused editorial features on Beatportal, duties include pitching at weekly editorial meetings and scheduling monthly “Label of the Month” features.- Promotion from Junior to Manager position in September 2020.
