I held several job titles while at Booth Energy. I first started as a grounds man on a Superior High Wall Miner, working my way up to loader operator, then to foreman of a six man crew on the high wall miner. Then eventually superintendent over the high wall miner. In charge of four crews of five or more employees. As superintendent, I was responsible for the health and safety of the crews. Involved in mining plans, planning weekly maintenance, and ordering parts for the equipment. The thing I took pride in was keeping up production while making sure the crews went home accident free at the end of the day.
