Since joining Roche Diagnostics in August 2021 I have gained valuable experience working with a variety of Roche equipment. I have continued to develop my technical skills and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Additionally, I have honed my communication and customer service skills by working closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services. Overall, my time at Roche Diagnostics as a an apprentice and associate field service engineer so far is allowing me to grow both professionally and personally whilst having a positive impact on patient care.
