I managed the Advanced Homebuilder support team within the CRE/Wholesale Banking Line of Business. The Portfolio consisted of both large private and public homebuilders throughout our nation for the construction of 1-4 Single Family Residential properties. On average this support team managed 20M +/- homes under construction at anytime ranging from Project loans, A&D loans, AD/&C Loans as well as Borrowing Base facilities. My responsibility revolved around making sure all aspects of compliance related Collateral Management, OCC Regs., FIRREA and Internal Policies and Procedures were met.

Worked in the Specialized Real Estate group dealing primarily with One-time Close Interim construction. I would manage on average 120 homes on the ground under construction within the D/FW footprint and surrounding areas. Average loan sizes ranged from $500M to $3MM. I was responsible for all Pre-closing items, Initial funding's, Subsequent disbursements, Inspections, and Loan Document preparation.
