Monitor status reports for accuracy and expedites emergency repairs. Perform customer demonstrations at 60 day and 11 months - post close homeowner warranty requests. Ensure quality and perform ongoing inspections of home sites throughout the build process. Conduct homeowner walk thrus and new home orientations.
