I'm a coastal contemporary artist based out of Solana Beach, California. I draw my inspiration from decades of traveling to distant lands doing what I love most: surfing. I specialize in creating calming art that soothes the soul. With my use of pastels and neutral color palettes and a combination of mediums including gouache, acrylic, gold leaf, and resin, I draw the viewer into a soft dreamscape. I started my career as a software developer after studying engineering at UC Santa Cruz. After 20 years in technology, I've traded his keyboard for an easel. When I'm not surfing, I'm focused on creating peaceful art collections and taking on commissions for his awesome collectors. In addition to creating fine art, I've had the pleasure of designing large-scale immersive art and murals all over Southern California for events like "Avolution" hosted Chosen Foods. I'm currently a featured artist at Estancia La Jolla Resort & Spa.
