From the beginning of my career until now, I always pursue novelty for the organization I work for.Currently, I am leading my organization venturing into several new asset classes in transportation infrastructure sector. The new asset classes pursued are still in early stage of privatization by Government of Indonesia.In parallel, I am also responsible for operation of a port that is specialized in supporting oil & gas offshore drilling activities. I managed to turn-around the company to profitable operation, by setting up highly skilled team, developing required infrastructue and expanding essential business network. In my previous company, I was in charge for arranging a USD 160 mio shares-backed loan with overseas banks – a new scheme of funding for the company at that time. After that, I was in charge for business development activities of the one and only mini petroleum refinery plant (capacity: 18.000 bopd) in Indonesia.In SERA Group, I led establishment of a shipping company. I was responsible for the first two years operation of the company. With no experience in shipping sector, I managed to book first two profitable years, and grew the company from owning no vessels to own-operate 5 vessels. Prior to establishment of the shipping company, I was in charge for financial projection in establishment of two companies: trucking and logistics service (3PL). During that periods, I set up motorcycle shipment business to Papua, with new way of cargo tracking. In the early years of my career, I managed to develop tools to measure company performance in managing environment and corporate social responsibility issues. After more than 15 years, the tools are still applied. I enjoy marathon and triathlon – in which I learn the meaning of ‘perseverance’. I have participated in several marathon and Ironman 70.3 events. I am preparing to complete a Full Ironman event at the age of 50.
