On Saturdays I work in a bicycle shop, my duties involve customer care, answering and responding to customer queries to the best of my ability and general service work in the workshop area, this role provides an opportunity to understand what sort of experience should be provided for the customers we supply at 2x2 worldwide. With this I hope that I can provide a better overall understanding of the market and customers we deal with on a day to day basis ensuring that they get the best possible service.
