Beginning as Valve Service & Testing Supervisor - Specialised Welding Valve Test & Repair Services , developing to TVS (Total Valve Services ) Division within Specialised Welding Aust Pty Ltd.Duties have included the fabrication , design & layout of the Testing Workshop Facility .Design & fabrication of Workshop containers for the offshore industry clients , APPEA rated .Setting up and implementation of the Workshop Procedures Qa/Qc requirements for approval by Nata & Lloyds .Training new staff to allow the business to grow , improvement of the tools & equipment to support the work each year .Consistently working for new clients & improving the reputation of the TVS business division .Continuing to support the Specialised Welding Aust fabrication side of the business , with assembly & testing of : Pressure Vessels , Heat Exchangers .The Pressure Testing side of the business was growing each year due to outside requirement from rival fabrication companies compliance requesting Nata approved companies to conduct the testing at site . Continual growth over the years supporting clients for shutdown work in locations in WA , NT , SA .onshore & offshore for Oil & Gas , Mining , Petrochemical , Power . Expanding & upgrade of the workshop facilities , test equipment & capabilities to attract new work & clients with the growth of the Oil & Gas industry over an 18 year period .Additional personnel continued to be trained each year to support the TVS business .
