Mr. Roberts serves as Director of Research and Design for Omni Water Solutions, where he is responsible for the design, optimization, and incorporation of innovative water treatment technologies into Omni platforms. He brings extensive experience in implementing novel water treatment solutions into a variety of applications, permitting through regulatory agencies, and industry analysis.

Mr. Roberts was a Project Manager at Crouch Environmental Services, Inc. where he was responsible for the project design and permit acquisition through regulatory agencies for high-profile development projects for private entities and government agencies. His responsibilities included the preparation of USACE Section 404/401 permits, USACE Section 10 RHA permits, US Coast Guard permits (Section 9 RHA), and sovereignty submerged land authorizations TxGLO, FDEP/FDNR) for varying types of land development, flood ontrol, land development, transportation and linear projects for both public and private firms. Field activities included conducting biological assessments, including jurisdictional and wetland delineations, submerged resource surveys, Essential Fish Habitat assessments, habitat evaluations and endangered species surveys.

Mr. Roberts also served as Field Applications Engineer for Ozone Technology, Inc. where he was responsible for the design and implementation of cutting-edge water purification processes for municipal, commercial and industrial clients. Responsibilities included the research and design of customized water purification facilities for municipalitiesand private firms, conducted site specific water purification studies, presentation of results to clients, cost-benefit analysis and direct client coordination. Field studies were conducted in southern Oklahoma and throughoutTexas.
