I'm a qualified fire marshal and have completed courses in team management. I have certificates in: health and safety, responsible sales of alcohol, fire safety, first aid and otherschief of upselling and feedbackmy average weekly upsell rating was 100% over 100+ covers and I have gained 100+ 5* named feedback responses on raise the bar and trip advisor and have a very competent knowledge of guest relations, service, handling complaints and resolving issues I am a problem solver with an active mind and an engaging personality who really enjoys talking to people, I constantly ask questions and I always want to learn the best practice for whatever I'm doing and want to be good at everything I do, i have a critical mindset and always push myself to be the best
