I believe in a simple concept. Training to 100%. No exceptions. Everything else that I can do is futile in comparison. Everything that I do in life is about training myself or someone else and then in turn everything they do is train themselves or someone else. The cyclical nature of operations is solely based on training. Training to 100% for me is shown in three ways. 1st is training someone to be 100% accurate. Performing a task the way it’s designed to be performed. The 2nd is training someone to 100% of the time. No exceptions on performing accurately. Never any short cuts or variations on the designed task. The 3rd is training someone to 100% Volume. No matter how busy we are we still perform the task at 100%.I was taught his method by David Jones and David McClaskey, then trained with this method and in turn I choose to train everyone else in this method. We only have three modes in operations. Training myself, Training others, or being trained by someone else.I train to teach others and to teach them how to teach.That is me. This is my belief, and this is how I operate.
