Setting the most positive example of customer service and leadership on a store-wide level. Merchandising and ensuring all departments reflect the most recent Field Guide. Working with all departments to help maintain the most productive, efficient, and friendly atmosphere possible. Management of the Store Floater/Housekeeping team’s training, scheduling, reviews, and overall development. Oversight of the Safety Committee and monthly conducting of meetings and/or Quarterly Hazard Identification Survey. Schedule writing through Kronos workforce system.
