I'm a passionate, reliable, and driven. Started my journey in manufacturing with Danfoss as a Process Operator. Worked on 7 different lines and strived to learn as much as possible. Five years in, I jumped into material handling as a Water spider. This broadened my understanding of shipping and receiving. Shortly in that position I advanced to a Team Coordinator. I managed three assembly lines while also material handling due to short staff. I enjoyed advancing my communication skills with management, maintenance, and interacting with engineers on a daily basis. Communication was the foundation for making everything work, including helping my teams navigate their day to day tasks.Unfortunately my journey with Danfoss came to an end nearly 7 years in. I joined the EBY team. Although I was only with this company for 6 months, I learned how to weld and add many skills to my inventory.I'm currently looking for the next chapter in my life. I'm looking to grow and put down some roots with the right company.
