Billy has a degree in Business from Belhaven University. He has also served as the first State Council Director for the State of Mississippi for SHRM. Billy currently serves on several national committees related to HR, Compensation and Benefits. He received the Jim Park Business Award for 2011 from Belhaven University, as the outstanding business alumni of the year. In 2004, he received the Jim Wilkins Award as the Mississippi Human Resources professional of the year.
