Billy Spears is Lexmark’s senior vice president and chief product delivery officer, responsible for hardware and supplies development, sustainability, supply chain, manufacturing and service delivery.Before being named to this role in May 2023, Spears served as vice president of global operations and service delivery, where he was responsible for global technical support services, field service, and geographic supply chain operations.Other previous roles include vice president of global service operations, director of supplies operations and manufacturing, director of corporate real estate and facilities, and director of cost management. Spears has been with Lexmark since 1997, holding various staff and management positions in finance, human resources, engineering and supply chain.Spears holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky. He serves on the board of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Supply Chain Advisory Board for Eastern Kentucky University. He also serves as the executive sponsor of Linked, an advocacy group for young professionals within Lexmark.
