IT has been a passion of mine for a long time. From migrating on prem environments to cloud, through to building my own infrastructure at home for fun, I enjoy every second of it! As someone who enjoys problem solving, the fast paced evolving world of IT has never scratched that itch more. Always asking if this is the best way to do something, is this the most secure option, how can we streamline a process, is something that has allowed me to make significant improvements, while generating excellent savings at Partners&. I'm glad to work for a company where the phase "that's how we've always done it" is not on the table.As Partners& is still a young company, which is growing rapidly, this brings incredible challenges to the IT space. From the infrastructure to best serve the business, to the right suppliers to partner with to best achieve the company's goals, I love being involved in these decisions. As Partners& has an outstanding Head of IT, I have had the chance not only to be involved in many critical decisions, but to be the driving force behind them as well.
