As part of the Talent Sourcing team at Franklin Bates, I own and manage our internal database. Working with our Sales, Candidate Delivery and marketing functions, I look after our expansive pool of candidates and clients data to achieve better efficiency whilst focusing on activities that create lifetime customers.I am fortunate to work remotely which has given me the chance to live right by the beach in North Devon.When I’m not working I am usually watching football, playing football or talking about football… Being a Spurs fan I clearly still have a lot to learn!
