Nominated and selected for the Lockheed Martin Aspiring Leader Program. Accepted the additional role of manager assistant for the entire Hill AFB F-16 Logistics Support Team to own all technical WAR reports and MSRs. Monitor and manage the budget for 7 contractual groups supporting the USG. Act as backup manager when the manager is out of the office. Directly support USAF F-16 System Program Office, tasked with providing engineering technical expertise and guidance on structural issues encountered during the sustainment of an aging airframe. Oversaw execution of LRIP to Full Rate Production installations at Hill AFB depot for a major structural overhaul program to extend airframe service life; responsible for correction of deficiencies linked to parts, tooling and Time Compliant Technical Orders (TCTO) related to aircraft and wing modifications. Traveled to European theater supporting 3 overseas contract repair facilities to train on proper utilization of modification tooling. Provided engineering guidance supporting all facets of SLEP to ensure program success and on-time aircraft deliveries back to the USAF owning units for all 3 overseas depots. Provide direct customer coordination in performing material review board activities such as aircraft anomaly investigation, technical solution development and coordination, and release of disposition recommendations to structural nonconformances on high performance aircraft detail parts, assemblies, and installations adversely affecting production schedule.

Responsible for coordinating with all discipline engineering to control aircraft maintenance work flow to ensure flight readiness, configuration, airworthiness, and availability for conducting tests. Liaison between Flight Test Operations and the Aircraft Maintenance organization to support launch, test, recovery, aircraft maintenance and modifications. Responsible for coordinating and monitoring modifications while overcoming part shortages, engineering discrepancies, and normal maintenance problems all while adhering to a demanding flight schedule. Selected to support during DT-II testing aboard LHD-1 (USS WASP).
