Our mission is to empower parents to raise financially savvy kids, by integrating financial learning into daily routines and transactions in a fun and engaging way, fostering a new generation of responsible and confident money managers.We are currently in the development.Our version 1 was tested by 20 families in November 2022. Version 2 is currently in development and is expected to be completed by February 2024.As CEO of our company, my roles include the following:-Overall direction of our startup, to ensure alignment with our mission and vision. -Fundraising to ensure forward momentum of our startup with the right talent. -Project and Product Management to find product market fit in the shortest amount of time as possible. -Business development with our banking partner to ensure we can provide compliant financial services to minors and adults. -Stakeholder management across all functions and levels.

Cofounded & built HK’s biggest Muay Thai brand. Oversaw the conceptualisation/execution of the then largest Muay Thai Gym in HK in 2013. By 2017, built and sold off the business at HK$6.2m, re-hired as MD to expand the gym’s footprint threefold to 12,500sf. Co-Founder and Trainer / Warrior Muay Thai (2013-2018)-In charge of interior design, branding, and PR in pre-opening, then marketing, recruitment, coaching and program design, during operations stages, achieving an average monthly class capacity of 83% after 9 months of operations. -Provided investors with ROI in 20 months from HK’s then largest Muay Thai Gym (4,000sf+).-Within 5 years and at 1 year of opening 2nd branch Warrior Academy (fitness cum restaurant concept), closed the sale of both Warrior gyms at HK$6.2m to Goji Fitness and private investors and handling change management and integration processes.Managing Director / Warrior HK (2018-2022)-Led a team of 20 as the Managing Director, resumed full P&L responsibility and expanded Warrior HK threefold from 4,000sf to 12,500sf. Developed fitness training programs, policies and processes for the gym’s onward operations.-Proven profit track record – increased revenue & conversions by 57% & 29% respectively amidst 2021 COVID recovery

Cofounded and built HK’s first boutique boxing in the dark fitness concept. Multi-time winner of Time Out’s Recommended business, voted as Expat Living’s top 3 favourite gym and groomed HK’s best Personal Trainer by Honeycombers. • Responsible for the recruitment and development of full team including all-star instructors, customer service and sales staff. Oversaw the running of all business operations and marketing strategy development that increased monthly trials by 410% and revenue by 260% amidst COVID recovery in Mar – Dec 2021.• In under 3 years, achieved a CRM database of 6,000+ (500+ active) of highest spending segment in the market.• In 2021, identified gap in market, expanded business segment and closed corporate retainers deals with listed companies such as Swire Properties, WeWork and SwissRE and NGO partnerships with Splash Foundation and ImpactHK.

Founded HK’s first Crossfit retailer of global brands (Nike, WIT Fitness and Nobull) Founder and Director / WIT Fitness HK• Secured then 1 of 8 HK wholesale rights with Nike, Asia’s only franchise license with reseller WIT Fitness UK and distribution rights of Nobull (title sponsor, CrossFit Games) at Central showroom. Achieved HK$2.1M revenue in 12months. • Rebranded to The Rig HK shifted to full online business model to focus on the launch of Lights Out Boxing Club in 2018.
