My role was to keep the unit and the commander informed of comprehensive knowledge of army operations, regulations, policies, and procedures through planning and execution of operations, training, and real-world contingencies. I have gained specialization in managing the formulation of the army-directed army barracks management strategies. More practically, I have been actively involved in guaranteeing the proper functioning of garrison operations centers' automated information support and database systems.While I acted as a lead advisor for the Garrison Commander, I implemented the quality-of-life measures while executing a budget of $155M+. I have provided vital support in managing the installation space management and soldier/family programs this required extensive coordination with all tenant units.
