I have over 35 years building experience and I travelled outside the USA for 9 years providing that experience to several counties in Africa and Europe. It has been my heart-felt desire for many years to provide the public with an alternative to the traditional throw away stick built home with an average appraised life span of 60 to 70 years. For me, that won't do. I want the public to have a better alternative. A structure that can be passed on for generation after generation. A home that one can change the look of, on the exterior or interior. countless times without worrying about the "bones" of the structure ever deteriorating. That's why I've created the EON Core. Galvanized steel studs and EPS foam panels. It's been estimated that our structure should last indefinitely. The product will not burn, mold or mildew, will not shrink, and no termites or carpenter ants will not eat it .The homes are considerably quieter than traditional building styles and, off-grid if desired. We currently around 49% over code, depending on the number of windows. Our home costs about the same or less than traditional stick building. Last year a VP from a nationally recognized home builder stopped by. He looked at one of my homes and said, "This is absolutely amazing, no way I can compete with this." The building system is fully engineered and approved nationwide, and outside the US, as well. We have designs for single family, multi-family, tiny homes, emergency and temporary shelters, storage units, deer blinds, dog houses, and commercial applications. We, also, supply shells for DYI's and contractors that want to do the finish out themselves. The codes are changing and we're ahead of the curve!! If you live, work, or play in it,, we can build it.
