 Assisted in full Epicor 9 Migration to Epicor 10 for three facilities. Maintain and Support Epicor for over 70 users by administering users, modifying reports and dashboards, customization utilizing C#, and providing server management support.  Managed and maintained Epicor shipping software (Epicor Manifest).  Created new Epicor BAQ’s and BPM’s to stream line business processes.  Utilize Epicor Data Management Tool (DMT) to efficiently update records.  Converted multiple Crystal Reports to SSRS.  Assisted with daily IT tickets and provide help with system support when needed.

Troubleshoot daily technical problems including but not limited to printers, computers, and servers. Fostered manual account provisioning and de-provisioning in Active Directory and Exchange without the use of an IDM solution. Provided operational support for over 80 users by administering user, group, and machine objects in Active Directory. Managed user email and distribution groups in Microsoft Exchange for the organization. Lead research and cost estimates for potential new phone systems. Assisted with server builds utilizing Hyper-V from start to finish for over 80 clients. Designed detailed network diagram consisting of all network components and devices. Developed custom PowerShell script to assist human resources in account de-provisioning within Active Directory and Exchange. Kept sales laptops up to date through configuring, installing, and updating software patches.
