During the 7 years of Edvance, I have been responsible for a lot of projects, our customers include leading enterprises such as Huawei, Bank of China, SPDB, Pacific Insurance, Ping An.

Worked in the Microsoft Shanghai Support Center, I was responsible for the Windows Home Server Connect Site customer support, including communicating with Home Server Connect beta users, MVP, Partner, and OEM and reproducing the submitted bugs. I will timely communicate the feedback from all parties to the HSBS project team. I mine data on the Home Server and Small Business Server forums, summarize Customer Support and Services data reports monthly, and analyze overall bug situation, so that the product group can understand the hot issues and user feedback in a timely manner.After that, I was responsible for the support case analysis of Microsoft Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), conducted in-depth analysis and summary of case resolution cases, and provided reliable data for product quality improvement. The project also needs to perform data mining on the Microsoft public forum to find hot issues and bugs with significant impact and submit them to the product group to accelerate the problem resolution cycle.

Participated in development of Information Management System for Hitachi Consulting (China) EIP-IT resource management system for Huizhong Automotive, and the company Self-developed CRM system. Independently responsible for the implementation of the entire project, including requirements analysis and discussion of each project, design, development, testing and deployment, and participate in post-maintenance work. Through clever customer communication skills, I timely solved the problem that the project requirements did not match the development progress.
