As VP of Operations, my focus includes a mix of strategic planning, leadership, and day-to-day management responsibilities. I provide key leadership in the areas of strategic leadership, enterprise project oversight, departmental management, culture growth, technology and innovation. I work with our Direction Leadership Team to manage the firm to update and create systems to help us achieve our financial and growth goals.

I currently serve as the Lead Pastor at a non-denominational church. My roles included providing spiritual leadership and vision for the congregation, overseeing all aspects of church life and ministry. This role involves preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and administration. The Lead Pastor works closely with church staff, leadership teams, and the congregation to foster a strong, vibrant, and growing church community.

Bible curriculum instructor for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.

Oversaw and led teams of volunteers to produce weekly events. Coordinated to ensure all technical aspects of events ran smoothly. Member of the Directional Leadership Team for the organization. Other duties included running various projects related to community events and engineering related improvements to the site (parking lot improvements, easements, stormwater runoff and coordination with outside entities).

Oversaw the technical and creative process for the entire organization. Managed projects ranging from building upgrades, audio and video upgrades and worked closely with local entities to plan upgrades for a local school. Managed budgets and was responsible for working closely with contractors to ensure timely deliverables and project closures.

Worked for an E.N.R. top 100 design firm as a water resource engineer and a land developer. I performed management duties, including, but not limited to, Federal Wetland Costal Mitigation, NPDES permitting, local permitting for stormwater discharge, stormwater modeling, and nutrient modeling for discharge canals. I have worked closely with Federal Agencies such as FEMA and the US Army Corp of Engineers to acquire grants for wetlands mitigation. Additionally, I worked closely with others with in the firm to provide support for various projects. I oversaw multiple water resource related projects as a simulation modeler, designer, permitting agent, and project manager. I also was involved in Local, State, and Federal permitting. Oversaw multiple projects funded by F.E.M.A. grants as well as State Revolving Funds (Florida). Clients included, Town of Jupiter, City of West Palm Beach, St. Lucie County, City of Port St. Lucie, Florida Fish and Wildlife and City of Hollywood.

I worked as an entry level engineer performing various tasks related to water resources engineering, state and local permitting, and stormwater design. Designed and oversaw portions of various projects ranging from airport runway signage improvements, cell tower facility construction, and upgrades to Palm Beach County parks and the zoo.!

As a graduate assistant I researched stormwater quality requirements and analyzed monitoring programs for various cities in Texas. Additionally, I researched the effectiveness of highway specific best management practices (BMP's).

As a liaison engineer, I worked to salvage damaged/discrepant structural assemblies for the C-17 Globe Master III aircraft. My specific duties included independent problem solving and critical thinking, as well as working closely with fabricators and other engineers to provide effective solutions.
