Lead multi-site WAN oversight, encompassing planning, expansion, maintenance, and issue resolution. Create and manage network documentation and cabling layouts. Design and administer wireless infrastructure. Recommend upgrades, train team, and research streamlined administration. Monitor server security, apply patches, and offer hardware and OS support for corporate and field systems spanning UNIX, Linux, Windows, and storage.

Responsible for providing high level network and system support by performing complex problem determination and resolution for all situations reported to IT as well as updating departmental documentation.
