Offers assistance in implementing, diagnosing issues, and maintaining Information Technology (IT) systems. Oversees the infrastructure of IT systems and manages related processes. Extends support to IT systems, covering day-to-day operations, continuous monitoring, and problem resolution for a range of devices such as client/server, storage, networks, and mobile devices. Identifies and resolves problems, providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support. Manages the escalation process and communicates status updates to agency management and internal customers. Assists in handling system dispatches and hardware problems, staying engaged in the resolution process. Configures and administers virtual and storage environments, including Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems. This includes the installation and maintenance of operating system software, troubleshooting, ensuring system integrity, and configuring virtualization, storage, and network components. Additionally, implements enhancements to operating systems to enhance reliability and performance.

Lead multi-site WAN oversight, encompassing planning, expansion, maintenance, and issue resolution. Create and manage network documentation and cabling layouts. Design and administer wireless infrastructure. Recommend upgrades, train team, and research streamlined administration. Monitor server security, apply patches, and offer hardware and OS support for corporate and field systems spanning UNIX, Linux, Windows, and storage.
