Financial Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting• Primarily responsible for the development and subsequent annual updating of the District’s multi-year financial outlook including expenses & revenues from all sources• Analyze and project various union negotiations data (salaries, healthcare and retired benefits), with different scenarios and their impact on the District’s multi-year financial outlook • Create & maintain dashboard charts used to support specific initiatives and monitor various areas identified for continuous improvement for the Business Office and may assist with other departments as well when needed.Budget Development Process & Monitoring • Created/improved the budget proposal forms and the budget scenario planning forms, compiling all budget proposals, summarizing all budget proposal data and ensuring DLT approves/gives feedback.• Responsible for updating and ensuring the accuracy of budget notes. Prepare charts and data for public budget presentations, newsletters and publications• Produce charts and data to assist in the monitoring of spending, by but not limited to building, department and district wideCompliance & Regulatory Tasks• Responsible for the submission of the 611 MOE Form and the Medicaid Cost Report• Primarily responsible for the submission of the NYS ESSA Budget Expense Report
