My name is Hao Chen. Currently, I work in the Cloud Network Operation Department of China Telecom Fujian Branch, serving as a senior technical expert in cloud computing and an in-house trainer for the group, responsible for cloud computing professional technology management related work. From 2015 to 2018, I worked in the operation support center of China Telecom Fuzhou Branch, engaged in technical maintenance work, responsible for on-site maintenance and technical support of communication network equipment in Fuzhou. From 2019 to 2020, I worked in the network development department of Fuzhou Branch, engaged in network planning and construction work. At the same time, I was borrowed to the cloud business support center of the group, responsible for network business support and fault handling in Guizhou, Shanghai, Suzhou resource pools. I fully sorted out the virtual network architecture and business process. The results were recognized by the group company and applied in the teaching material development of China Telecom College.Starting from 2020, I was transferred to the Cloud Network Operation Department of China Telecom Fujian. After experiencing key work such as network maintenance management, cloud computing maintenance management, IT cloud adoption, and business platform cloud adoption, I was hired by the group company as a senior technical expert (B-level) . In March 2023, I won the title of outstanding student in the Spark Technology leadership program in cloud computing major and assisted the group to complete the formulation documents in cloud computing field. I actively participated in the IT comprehensive cloud adoption and customer cloud adoption practice of self-developed system. The practical results won the first prize of Fujian Telecom transformation and innovation award in 2021 and the honorary title of 'Cloud Excellent Award' (C3 honor). From March to December 2022, I led the provincial business platform cloud adoption project, PaaS operation maintenance project, and cloud standard product operation maintenance system construction project. Among them, the key technology research and large-scale application of distributed database management on cloud platform won the second prize of Fujian Telecom Scientific Progress Award. In July 2023, I was awarded the 'Labor Model' honorary title (D1 honor). I was also honored to be hired by Fujian University of Technology as a member of the Steering Committee of industry-University-research construction, to assist teachers to provide practical guidance and professional support.
