About Billy Choong Bing Liang

"Don't take it personally, but I HATE DENTISTS..."I hear this from my patients on a daily basis, and it has been my core motivation! I took that very personally back in 2013, when I started to see real patients in dental school. I asked myself :"Why did I choose a professional that people already hate me on the 1st meeting?" However, over years of training (by teachers, but more by my patients), I started to understand where that come from. Can you imagine if you go for a networking meeting or a date for the first time, and all they want to do is to ask you to open your mouth and flip your tongue around with their fingers? Doesn't matter how old you are, it's just not something normal! I started to realize that, it's actually a big ask from dentists to our patients! So, I took it as a challenge for myself to make my patient's dental experience Enjoyable. And I take great pride every time I accomplish it!
