Coaching at IMG Academy has been a very rewarding experience. I have had the opportunity work with student-athletes on our high school varsity and post-graduate teams in addition to basketball campers from all over the world. Among my experiences here include working with NBA and professional players, recruitment of student-athletes, and college placement of our graduates.

The Sideline Cancer Basketball Team participates each summer in "The Basketball Tournament". The team plays in honor of "The Greg and Cathy Griffith Family Foundation" to raise awareness to find a cure for pancreatic cancer. An original TBT franchise, Sideline Cancer has played in TBT in each year of its existence. In my role as general manger I work with our coaching staff to evaluate basketball players at the collegiate level and professional players in the NBA, G League, in leagues overseas. We build friendships with players and share with them the vision of "The Greg and Cathy Griffith Family Foundation". We have had many choose to join our family and participate as members of our basketball team.
