As a leasing broker for 37 years, I am known for going far beyond finding and filling empty spaces. I often use and advocate methods before they become industry trends. I regularly read the real estate scene, correctly forecast industry trends, and implement new, innovative models for development and leasing. I adjust these models as we proceed based on market feedback and conditions. I have leased more than 25 million square feet of commercial space during my career, so I understand the intricacies of a lease better than many lawyers. I have played an instrumental role in many notable and record-setting building sales, totaling over 3 million square feet. Among them:• 500 Fifth Avenue (600,000 sf)• 111 and 115 Broadway (800,000 sf)• 125 Park Avenue (660,000 sf)• The Empire State Building (700,000 sf) PRE-BUILT SPACE – I pioneered the concept of ‘building on spec’ and am responsible for leasing millions of feet of space. As an approved fiduciary with The State of New York Unified Court System to serve as a receiver, property manager and real estate broker, I play a very useful role in periodic down cycles.
