Cloud-based platforms, simplified solutions, and an educated employee roster have allowed Armstrong to take leaps forward in the efficiency and effectiveness of our revue building, and reliability while competitive companies vying for a shared collection of customers and potential clients continue to enter the arena.It's a blast, tbh. After College, my first true career in my field, and a long and drawn out relationship which at the end I was holding the not so good end of the stick. I realized that I wasn't spending enough time doing what I love. At that point in my life I was in Tampa with some professional friends, waking up every day at 5:30 AM, not looking forward to my job, not excited about who I was anymore and learning ever so slightly, bit by bit that my own contentment falls into my hands and my hands only. It was time to sit down and put some serious thought into what excites me about life, what helps me keep this positive attitude I have always had but seemed to be diminishing slowly. When I need to calm down, clear my head and focus, I play music. I write, I sing and I enjoy every moment of it. It brings me back down out of the stressful skies and helps me settle the mind. It didn't take much to realize that if Music makes me feel this way. It's what I need to do. So here I am 13 years later doing what I love, and loving what I do.

As a Network / Helpdesk Engineer, I was part of a 4 man team that secured, supported and maintained networked servers and all connected workstations, printers and external devices. My focus was to build professional, working relationships with our clients and instill confidence, education and security while troubleshooting day to day issues and working to maintain a healthy network infrastructure. As the Operations & Network Manager, I am responsible for the internal and external organization of both The Hartline Alarm Company, Inc. & State Fire Services, Inc.. I supervise a team of 25 employees which maintain Life-Safety & Security systems throughout the state of Florida. My focus is to establish and maintain a positive and progressive, working relationship with our employees and clientele while developing and implementing policy procedures and training programs to maximize time and profit . I work closely with the branch office and general manager to facilitate the day to day scheduling of all company divisions and necessary service.Duties: • Network Technician, Programmer and Wireless Solutions Engineer : I build and supervise small iso-teams responsible for the design, installation and programming of private security networks. From structured cable installation to termination, network programming and end user access, my team builds secure/private networks for commercial and residential use. Including: Wireless Access Points, Point to Point I.P. mapping utilizing both managed and unmanagedswitching hubs, remote access through VPN, RDC and Ported Routers for remote access to connected systems.• Computer/Network System Technician: I maintain all internal and external computer systems for various clients. As a front of house / key manager, I supervised a team of 40 employees responsible for all aspects of opening and closing procedures that ensured the ongoing success and flow of business. I maintained the work order and diligence of all front of house positions, their scheduling, and continuing education. I administered tier 1 interviews and was a part of the managerial decisions involved in hiring and termination. I was responsible for the cash balancing of all servers, takeawayand bar drawers, reconciling of all credit card transactions and all cashes and balances.

I was a Level 2 Technician specializing in AOL connectivity via Cable / DSL. I was part of the 10+ man team that lead the Cable/DSL group in call-time and bonus transfers. I was the #1 team member with the lowest call time in the building and #2 in transfers. I was responsible for dealing directly with AOL clients and ensuring their comprehension of the AOL software and their internet connectivity.
