Still maintaining existing and creating new relationships with key clients on a National level, I've recently added a focus on the development of Harrington sales personnel. I am now responsible for all the training of new and existing sales personnel, including but not limited to: Onboarding, Product Training, ERP/CRM implementation and rollout, Sales Techniques, Strategy, Communication, Performance, Hiring, and Management.

Main objective is to build relationships with high level decision makers, both existing and potential partners, and implement a strategic National Program to service all their locations across the Nation.
