• Created from scratch all Kickstart materials for wraparound support based on a government scheme. • Ran a small training team who facilitate all training for a company of 192 colleagues including safe and legal and mandatory training.• Adapted many face-to-face courses into virtual online learning via Teams due to Covid as well as upskilling my team to run courses on Teams• Resourced third party e-learning and face to face training for the needs of the business.• Work closely with NVQ and apprenticeship companies to ensure that our colleagues were being trained correctly and meeting their timescales.• Redesigned three-week induction incorporating feedback from staff, senior members of the business and patient’s surveys to overall enhance the experience, practical skills and knowledge for all stakeholders.• Created monthly up-skill sessions for existing members of management to enhance their skillsets. • Kept five stores safe and legal to trade by creating and maintaining a capability plan for each store. • Ran training courses at my stores to up-skill managers capability.• Worked closely with store managers to see what the needs of each store and plan activates accordingly.

In this role I delivered training to colleagues at all levels as well as running courses for the region.I was also part of the Human Resources Team and helped out with day to day HR activates. These consisted of; Payroll, Recruitment, Holidays, keeping information secure, answering queries from staff members along with my duties of organising and running training and being in charge of the stores training folders and data.
