Billy Huggard (FICS) is 40 year's in the Irish Publishing, Media and IT industry, Huggard was formerly Editor and Publisher of TechTrade, previously Irish Computer founded in 1977. He is Operations & HR Director at Mediateam and a DIT Graduate in Marketing. Mediateam now publishes TechCentral.ie as a daily online news service and ShelfLife a monthly magazine for the FMCG market. www.mediateam.ieHuggard was the Irish Software Association (ISA), now Technology Ireland Chairman from 2000 to 2002. He is a former member of the Technology Ireland Governing Council within Ibec. He has been a member of the Technology Ireland Software Awards judging panel. He is a Fellow of the Irish Computer Society. Huggard's primary interest has been in the technology news space. He co founded Comm's Expo in 1993 and Toys 4 Big Boys in 2001 two of Ireland's largest ever annual technology events..
