I work with my father, Bill, and brother, Michael, in our public accounting practice near Midtown Atlanta.We are primarily a tax firm but also prepare GAAP and non-GAAP financial statements for our business clients.I am an Advanced QuickBooks Proadvisor and can work with all types of accounting systems.Rather than simply prepare the financial statements and tax returns at the end of the year, I try to keep in touch with my business clients during the year to suggest planning opportunities. By being proactive during the year, we can identify actions to take prior to year-end to reduce tax exposure.As a small firm ourselves, we understand how small businesses operate and we are devoted to giving our clients a high level of service.Specialties: We have a well-diversified client list both in terms of type of industry as well as type of structure.We work with restaurants, professional service providers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and many others.Our largest client segment would be real estate developers and managers. We have assisted real estate clients with like-kind exchanges, cost segregation studies and debt renegotiations.
