During my time as a waiter at Sedona Tap House, I gained valuable experience in providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic restaurant environment. My role involved greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and offering detailed descriptions of our diverse food and 100s of craft beers, along with over 50 in bottle and cans. I efficiently managed multiple tables, ensured timely delivery of orders, and handled special requests with professionalism.
