Since 1979 my parents, Lynn and Willie, have built a company rooted in customer service, a commitment to the highest food safety standards, and the freshest product possible. This business has grown to serve some of the finest restaurants in Arizona along with providing fresh produce to schools, hospitals, hotels and a variety of organizations.In a multi-generational family business, the title doesn't matter. We are all responsible for living the brand and living up to the family name. Willie Itule Produce is a reflection of the vision my parents started more than a quarter century ago.My daily responsibilities at Willie Itule Produce include:• Serve as the point-of-contact for all national accounts and affiliated sales, including our relationship with Produce Alliance.• Act as the primary point-of-contact for all schools.• Oversee the accounting and finance departments and a staff of 10 support personnel.• Manage day-to-day support personnel and operations.• Develop annual budgets and implement strategic company growth plans, • Serve as point contact with professional support staff (legal & finance).• Oversee Human Resources policies & benefits (401k administration, insurance).

The Produce Alliance Next Generation Board is committed to working on a wide variety of initiatives including but not limited to: philanthropy, mentorship programs, synergies between members, social media, and discussions surrounding the future of the produce industry.
