Being an IT Project Manager, I reported to a Senior IT Project Manager, leading a team of more than 20 professionals in Hong Kong and an offshore team of more than 40 people in India, for the development of an intranet web-based system for the Bank's entire private banking business. It is fully complied with various HSBC Group standards, e.g. we adopted risk-based project management methodology to manage the entire project throughout its entire system development life cycle.
