Launched IT service company specializing in on-site and hosting services for Video-in-Demand (VOD) technologies. Maintained large content delivery networks (CDNs) to provide on-demand video and static images for VOD web applications and customer websites. Oversaw all aspects of daily operations, from pre-sales to implementation.▪ Led design and deployment of multiple points of presence at 3 Mobily/Etihad Etisalat (largest telecom provider in Saudi Arabia) datacenters in support of CDN and VOD services. ▪ Achieved business growth via securing multiple projects in video streaming space using new high-speed home internet connections. Built large customer base to ensure company stability and value. ▪ Designed, staged, and maintained production infrastructure for custom VOD solutions, using Juniper and F5 network hardware to design core network infrastructure at 5 locations for small- and medium-sized technology companies (most of which have since been acquired by larger tech companies). ▪ Expanded offerings and strengthened customer service by forging partnerships with 2 companies.
