Independent contractor providing remote installation for Spectra 3000 dtg printer customers in the U.S., Canada, and South America via Skype and train them on how to operate the printers, software, maintenance, and everything needed to know on how to be successful in direct to garment printing. Provide tech support for customers with any issues or questions.

Contract work for Equipment Zone involving onsite installation, repair and training around the world. Also have been involved in creating artwork for print samples and creating promotional videos for their products.

I have worked many positions in my years with the company. My main position throughout the years was Fast T-Jet t-shirt samples printer. I printed t-shirt samples and custom t-shirt samples for customers looking to purchase a Fast T-Jet. Also, worked in the Research and Development department testing new products and beta testing software. Other positions were working in the software and manuals production department printing manuals and making software for new customers. Also, worked in the Fast T-Jet manufacturing department building and doing Quality Control on the Fast T-Jet Blazer printers. Last position, in which I still provide help in, is on-site Installation and Repair. This position required me to travel the world to visit customers on-site to train them on using the Fast T-Jet and to do repairs on the printers.

My job was to inspect and maintain 32 Brunswick A2 pinsetter machines. While working with UB I attended two Kegel training courses which taught me the mechanics and how to maintain the DBA Phoenix-S Tournament Edition Lane Machine. Other machines that I was in charge of inspecting and maintaining were 16 ball returns, 32 Qubica Automatic Scoring Systems and monitors, and 32 lanes that needed to be striped and oiled daily. Also, for the last two years was promoted to Assistant Head Technician where my duties were to help with scheduling and training any new technicians. I was also in charge of improving the skills of four technicians under me.

Inspect and maintain 12 Brunswick A2 pinsetter machines. Several days a week I worked as acting manager which involved being in charge of front desk, bowling area, snack bar, video games & vending machines, and other employees.
