I am applying everything I have learned executing scores of tax equity and financing transactions over the past 20 years to build Reunion, a marketplace for clean energy tax credits. Transferable tax credits are the backbone of the IRA, and will be a critical mechanism to implement our country's energy transition policy goals.

Led global project finance and project development activities for SOURCE Global, PBC, a renewable water company that manufactures and deploys SOURCE® Hydropanels, which create drinking water using sunlight and air as the only inputs. SOURCE operates in 50+ countries and on 6 continents.

Formed partnership to acquire 9 utility scale solar development projects from Eagle Solar Group in the south/southeastern United States, representing aggregate portfolio capacity of 900 MWac.

Founded Eagle Solar Group with joint venture partners D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments and DEPCOM Power to pursue large utility scale solar development.• Hired a team of industry veterans from SunEdison, Southern Company, and others.• Developed 50 MWac solar project in West Baton Rouge, LA, and negotiated long-term PPA with Entergy Louisiana. Oversaw all aspects of development, including MISO DPP studies, LGIA negotiation/execution, and complicated land matters. This project was constructed in 2020.• Developed projects across the United States, with focus on Southern MISO, SPP, Southeast (Southern Companies, TVA), Carolinas, Florida and Colorado. Oversaw all aspects of development, from land acquisition, transmission feasibility and interconnection studies, economic analysis and bidding strategy.

Co-Founded Bright Plain Renewable Energy, an innovative and flexible financing platform and manager/operator of utility and commercial scale solar projects. BPRE entered into an operating partnership with D. E. Shaw and Company, a global investment firm. Led the company’s global project financing, tax equity and corporate development activities. In this capacity I originated, structured and executed various types of financial and strategic transactions, and helped grow the company from a startup to a major international solar developer. I oversaw a team of approximately a dozen financing professionals, and successfully closed over $1 billion of solar project financings across the United States, Canada, Italy and Spain with many of the leading solar project finance institutions and equity investors, including Wells Fargo, MetLife, JPMorgan, NordLB, Rabobank, Union Bank, PNC, HSH Nordbank, Bank of Hawaii, First Reserve, Duke Energy, TD BankNorth, and Fortis. Many of the transactions I spearheaded at SunEdison represented the first investments in solar for these financial institutions.I also was involved with corporate equity raising and debt issuance, as well as supporting overall project origination and development activities.
