Over 10 years of experience in technology having been involved in everything from your Technical Support Engineer taking phone calls from web and email customers to Solutions Architect of complex infrastructure environments that included building from the ground up and in place upgrades. As an all around lover of all things technology, I spend a ton of time researching about all that I can and am always striving to learn as much as I can about what is currently out there and what is yet to come. Your favorite hardware or software might not be the best choice for the solution that you're trying to architect and rather than trying to cram a square peg into a round hole. You have to be flexible and keep your head on a swivel for technology that will help the solution meet the goal as efficiently as possible. I embrace this and that is why I am constantly striving to learn more about the various technology offerings out there and never limit myself to one particular piece of hardware or software, so that my team and I can design and implement solutions that best fit the needs of our clients. Important things I have learned so far in my career:- I am only as good as the people I work with.- Try to surround yourself with people better / smarter than yourself. - Trial and Error is part of the job.
