In 2017 I received the CSC Award for Technical Excellence in the Integrated Digital Service Management Category for work I had completed with a team building a Business Value Analysis tool for ServiceNow. The tool, built on the ServiceNow platform with an Angular.js front-end, enables sales teams to rapidly design and build complex sales models that represent the value that a specific joint CSC and ServiceNow offering can bring to a business. My work with Bucknell's prestigious Orientation program included the following over a 2-year period:* Facilitated the planning and organization of Bucknell’s extensive 5 day New Student Orientation* Hired, trained, and directed ~100 student leaders to usher 930+ freshmen through a 5 day program* Saw applications for the leadership program rise from ~130 to 252 for ~90 openings over 2 years* Created a TOMS shoes event that was the largest college “Style Your Sole Party” ever* Designed & distributed training documents and advertising pieces reaching thousands
