Yes, sometimes it is needed yet sometimes it can be excessive because there are too many and often repeated, but it does not always have to be like that. There are a lot of creative ways we can tell a story about our brand or integrate our brand inside other interesting content. From funny creative videos to touching ones, from interesting testimonials of our users to direct pre-roll ads on social media, all of them need to be integrated well enough to catch the attention of our audience. I apply the same thinking in marketing that I also apply in leadership. Because whether you are connecting with the client, audience, or team, you are connecting with diverse minds and backgrounds. One year later, I was swiftly promoted to Manager of the Media department where I led the entire media team for all countries. During my time in Zetin, I came across a couple of projects including TikTok Creative Video project in Malaysia, TikTok Vietnam creative video, Hainan Tourism Board, e-Hawk Game, Baca app, and many more. On top of that, I was chosen as The Best Employee in 2018.In 2019 I was hired by U-dictionary, Youdao, Netease to be their Indonesian Marketing and Business Development Manager. My job was mainly to promote our app through Influencer, budgeting annual target, KPI calculation, and some operational job. In 2020 U-dictionary became the #1 Educational App in Play Store. Most importantly, I brought a new way of promoting the app, where we did really interesting creative videos for educational brand and the results are marvelous.
