I am an onboarding manager for Trimble Transportation, where I lead a team of experts to help our customers implement and use Trimble Instinct, a powerful platform for transportation management. I have over 10 years of experience in the transportation industry, with multiple years of project management experience working with some of the best and largest fleets in North America. I hold a CAPM and a Certified Transportation Professional(CTP) certification.My goal is to simplify the rollout process for our customers and ensure they can leverage Trimble instinct to optimize their operations, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. I work closely with my team, clients, and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide guidance, and resolve issues. I value long-term relationships and customer success.I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge as an onboarding manager. I seek feedback, learn from best practices, and participate in professional development opportunities. I also balance my work and personal life by enjoying time with my wife and 2 kids.
