Contract assignment - Initially responsible for providing organization development support for Kerr McGee's Hamilton MS titanium oxide facility . This included facilitating a major organization re-design, Leadership development; Facilitator development to lead improvement projects, and developing a cross site goal and action alignment process. Later assigned responsibility for coordinating all support for the chemical division. This included a major growth project developing business in each of the top markets.

Partner delivering Organization Development and Change Support to European Clients.This included:Leading a major redesign of Chep Benelux's depot system resulting in significant productivity improvements. This project received gobal recognition for innovation in work systems design. SABENA Airlines: Providing coaching during era of privatization and turnaround. Facilitator and educator of QE&T (Quality Education and Training). Projects yielded significant improvements in "On-time Arrival" and Customer satisfaction ratings. Recognized by Sabena in the work with one of the first Quality Supplier Awards. Goodyear Luxembourg: Developed a process to align government, unions, managers and the public to support a major investment increasing the capacity of the Luxembourg business. The project required a redesign of work systems and government approval at the highest level. This "impossible" project was completed within six months.Avery Dennison: Developed Continuous Improvement Facilitators and team leadership programs for Cramlington UK. assisting in a major turnaround. Also, facilitated European leadership development workshops and team leadership development activities.

Founder of the Oxford Industries "Oxford Education Center", providing technical training and change support for this Fortune 500 apparel manufacturer. Responsible for all technical training including facility design, curriculum design and development of multi-media training. Also responsible for marketing services including sales outside of Oxford. This led to becoming the only independent technical training source in the industry. During a period of dramatic change, provided support for the change teams and was responsible for evaluating lessons learned from work redesigns and the development of Oxford's self managed work teams - "modules". Due to the significant savings and highly rated service the education center received the corporations top service award and rating.During this period I was appointed as to the education committee of the American Apparel Manufacturers Association.
