The EDIAB’s remit is to provide advice and guidance on all equality matters, ensuring practical, strategic and operational support is sustained for the development and delivery of Football Unites: Scottish FA Equality Framework, in addition to supporting Scottish FA Equality Leadership Working Group and Board Members in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion.The group meets quarterly and reports directly to the Scottish FA Board and the senior staff of the Scottish FA.

Plan, communicate and deliver a community programme of activity on behalf of Glasgow Rocks, Scotland's only professional basketball team. Represent the brand and stimulate the interest of students and staff within schools and clubs and local community groups. Responsible for engaging delivery partners and securing appropriate funding. Key contributor towards achieving the goal of positively engaging a wide spectrum of the local and regional community; developing their involvement with the Rocks and key partners.

Show Racism the Red Card is an anti-racist campaigning and educational charity which aims to combat racism through enabling role models, who are predominantly but not exclusively footballers, to present an anti-racist message to young people and others. Responsible for:• developing strategies to implement anti-racist initiatives in schools, communities and football clubs throughout Scotland.• lobbying of key local and national decision makers.• relationship management with football clubs, football authorities, football fans, Scottish Government, local authorities, public sector bodies, funders, community groups, trade unions and media.• event management.• evaluation and monitoring of all activity.• managing staff, sessional coaches and volunteers.• marketing and communications strategy.• fundraising.

Scotland UnLtd invests both finance and development support in individuals with entrepreneurial solutions to social problems.Responsible for:• supporting social entrepreneurs from start up to full trading.• identifying potential social entrepreneurs.• business planning workshops.• promoting social enterprise as a business model.• evaluation and monitoring of all activity.

Sighthill Community One Stop Shop, a ‘flagship’ project which aimed to revitalise and enrich the Sighthill area of Glasgow. Renovation of a local disused supermarket which would be ‘the’ place for all residents (over 50 nationalities) to access numerous services as well as a social hub. Responsible for:• Securing £1,000,000 capital funding and £400,000 revenue funding.• Liasing with government agencies, business community, voluntary organisations, public and private service providers.• Organising anti-racism and anti-bigotry events to promote harmony within the community.• Liasing with media organisations in relation to Sighthill and the local community.• Evaluating service provision and adapt accordingly

Cash for Kids at Christmas, an annual fundraising appeal broadcast on Clyde 1, Clyde 2 and West FM. A joint venture between CSV Media and Radio Clyde, the appeal aims to provide for those children in the community who need it most. The appeal raises in excess of £750,000 annually.Responsible for:• Managing high profile events including gala ball and lunches.• Liaising with sponsors, fundraisers, local authorities, community groups and other appropriate agencies to organise Cash for Kids events.• Marketing and promotion of CSV Media and Cash for Kids events.
